The hotel has a prime location right by the Arno River, making it easy to walk to attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. I loved the old-world charm of the decor. it felt elegant and cozy. The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread impressed me with its variety. From fresh pastries to delicious meats and cheeses, every morning felt special. The cappuccinos offered a nice touch too. One downside was the air conditioning. It didn't work as well as I had hoped, leaving the room warmer than comfortable during the night. I also noticed some noise from the street, which made it hard to sleep at times. While the room was generally clean, I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly, which disrupted the peace at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere and service made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast at Berchielli is a true culinary fiesta! From exquisite pastries to savory hot dishes, it’s a breakfast lover's paradise. Also, having that stunning rooftop terrace was a delight—perfect for unwinding with a view. The staff was especially friendly, ensuring our stay felt personal and special.
However, the in-room dining options could be expanded—just a few more snacks would’ve been nice. Plus, the AC unit was a bit noisy at night, which interrupted our beauty sleep. And come on, a toothbrush or toothpaste should definitely be in the bathroom essentials!
